Cancellations/No-Shows: We are aware that things happen, however, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, we require that you provide a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to provide a 24 hour notice, you will be required to place a credit card on file to book future appointments. The card will NOT be charged unless you fail to provide a 24 hour notice for future appointments; in that case, your card will be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service. 

Late Arrival: We are committed to providing each guest the best service available. If you are more than 10 minutes late, and we are unable to give you the attention you deserve, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another day or with another available stylists.


Service Guarantee: Rarely does this happen, but sometimes a guest may have an appointment that leaves the person dissatisfied. We strive to guarantee that all clients who walk out of our salon look amazing. If you are not satisfied with your service, please call us within 72 hours (3 days) after the service. We will schedule an appointment, within 2 weeks of the original appointment, to do everything possible to make you happy. After 72 hours (3 days) without notification, we can no longer provide complimentary fixes.

Children: The Look is a place for individuals to relax, be pampered, and enjoy a spa atmosphere. Please keep this in mind when planning to bring your small children into the salon. We enjoy completing children’s cuts and styles and permit customers to bring in their children. However, many children have a short attention span, so if you are receiving a service that is booked for longer than an hour, we encourage you to arrange outside child care out of consideration for other salon guests.

Exchange: The Look does not accept any returns for products sold. If you find you don’t love a product you have purchased, you may bring in back to the salon to exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value. In order for us to be able to make an exchange, the product must have been used less than three times, been purchased within in two months of the time of exchange, and be packaged in its original condition.

Deposits: Some services require a non-refundable deposit to hold the appointment date and time. If service requires a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full at the session.
